Make two profiles in services. (mobile). make a internet connection in computer and install the modem drivers of ur phone from cd. isp name=airtel username=blank password=blank dialing no=*99***2# internet explorer settings=tools-internet options-connections tab-select bluetooth dun connection-press settings- click use proxy server address and fill the proxy 100.1.200.99 and port no 8080. Now conecct the net from PC. It would display a connection between computer and mobile @115200kbps. and at last go to mobiles second profile and click airtel live.
